Infertility can be caused by a variety of factors, affecting both men and women. Here are some common causes of infertility:

Female Factors
Ovulation Disorders, Age-related Decline in Fertility, Structural Issues in the Reproductive System, Blocked Fallopian Tubes, Endometriosis, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID), Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI), Medical Conditions, such as thyroid disorders or autoimmune diseases, may affect fertility.

Male Factors:
Sperm Disorders, Low sperm count, poor sperm motility, Erectile Dysfunction, Varicocele (Varicoceles are enlarged veins within the scrotum, which can lead to decreased sperm production), Blockages in the male reproductive tract, preventing the release of sperm, Hormonal Imbalances, Genetic abnormalities or conditions such as Klinefelter syndrome can affect male fertility.

Sometimes, In some cases, despite thorough evaluation, the cause of infertility remains unknown. 

Some common factors are smoking, Lifestyle and Environmental Factors, Excessive Alcohol Consumption, Illicit drug use, including certain prescription medications, may contribute to infertility, Obesity, Stress,  Exposure to environmental toxins, radiation, or certain chemicals may affect fertility.
