I joined Priyankee's one on one prenatal yoga classes in my second trimester of pregnancy and my experience with her has been nothing less than wonderful. Not only her knowledge and technique is very good but she also understands your body and guides you accordingly. She helped me throughout the pregnancy easing out all my worries and regularly guided for each problem. She is a very approachable person and very accommodating. She treated me like family and took care of me till the end. I highly highly recommend her for her services.

I connected with Priyankee during my Pregnancy and joined her yoga sessions. Extremely detailed oriented and dedicated instructor are the words to describe her. As passionate as she is with her Yoga, she ensured that I practised with her with the same zeal and comfort. A lovely human being to be friends with and a Yoga instructor at par is my definition her. I was benefitted with all the breathing techniques and the exercises she taught and had an uncomplicated delivery.

Motherhood is a beautiful lifetime journey and this journey starts from pregnancy. 9 months of pregnancy is challenging, interesting and magical in its own way. Every pregnancy is different. Priyankee will guide you in each phase of your pregnancy and will support you emotionally which is the most required in this time. I started my prenatal yoga in 2nd trimester with Priyankee. She understood me and make me think of baby in very positive way. She helped me in Garbhasanskar. She will ask the problems you face in pregnancy physically, mentally and then she will gift you a proper solution for it. Everyday I looked forward to see her, meet her through the sessions which made my days. Even she will take a note of your every doctor visit. Also at the end of each month, one theory class she used to arrange to understand upcoming month's importance and challenges. Other than regular yoga and meditation, she also took special theory class on preparing for delivery cesarean and normal which helped me 100%. She taught breathing techniques. Other important part of pregnancy is diet. She helped me to balance my nutrition in morning to evening meals in correct manner. I told her many times, I felt warmth in her voice and every sentence, so much learning, gratitude, positive vibes from her each day. I feel lucky that I took decision to meet Priyankee and start this yoga journey. Thank you so much for all the support and your time.

Pre-natal yoga has its own charm and I felt it through Priyankee. Her passion for Yoga is visible in her dedication for imparting the goodness and positivity that Yoga defines. My 5 months journey of pre-natal yoga and meditation with Priyankee has been immensely satisfying. Pregnancy has its ups and downs but each day of my pregnancy made me look forward to my Yoga class thanks to Priyankee’s style of teaching, her way of instructing, driving your mind into meditation and of-course her personal touch for every student. One essential element of her teaching is the understanding of how important is mental well being along with physical health so she balances her teaching in such a way to coach relevance of each for overall practice. As a first pregnancy like all mothers I had my doubts and confusions but other than the doctor if someone who made my concerns disappear it was Priyankee and her experience. There are theory classes as well to ensure application of mind wherever possible 😊 You can take it from me that one hour of pre natal yoga with Priyankee will surely make your pregnancy days much more fulfilling. I had started my journey with Yoga with Priyankee in my 4th month of pregnancy and since then it was no looking back. I did not feel like missing a single class as it completes my day. The kind of comfort you give to your students is remarkable. You just have to tell your problem and she will be there to help you. After my 1 hour class, I feel both relaxed and active at the same time. I am looking forward to practicing yoga even after my delivery also.

Had connected with Priyankee through a common friend,I must say she is very good at Yoga as an instructor. Joined Yoga sessions last year for around 6 months and saw visible changes in Body posture, Weight and health issues. She covers 360 degree of Yoga for movement of all body parts. Also monitors everyone closely during session and making sure all are doing correctly. Initially it was bit challenging to do balancing poses but gradually I picked up with consistency and discipline. Dear Priyankee, I wanted take a minute and express my heartfelt gratitude towards your YOGA classes and sessions. Some of my personal experience is as below : - Being a fitness enthusiast, I am heavily involved in various activities like sports, running, cycling, HIIT and yoga too (but limited). I always knew that YOGA can open many doors to fitness but never really got around to that part and always took it complacently. Since I have joined your benevolent yoga sessions (past 2 weeks), its bringing in a different and a new aspect of fitness. For starters – removed stiffness (which was there for a very long time), Enhanced flexibility , breathing stability and increased stamina. Further I have noticed a renewed energy and vigor throughout the day, bought in a lot of focus, have become more productive and developed a calm attitude towards life (with the daily office turmoil).
