I joined Priyankee's one on one prenatal yoga classes in my second trimester of pregnancy and my experience with her has been nothing less than wonderful. Not only her knowledge and technique is very good but she also understands your body and guides you accordingly. She helped me throughout the pregnancy easing out all my worries and regularly guided for each problem. She is a very approachable person and very accommodating. She treated me like family and took care of me till the end. I highly highly recommend her for her services.

I joined prenatal yoga with Priyankee towards the end of my second trimester. It's been three weeks now and all I can say is I wish I had gotten to know about her at the start of the pregnancy. I was very reluctant in joining an online class but with her comfort, knowledge and techniques, it doesn't even feel that we are in two different cities. She exactly knows when I may be holding my breath, which I shouldn't and corrects me immediately. Everyday is a new day with her as I get to experience different poses and her class is not just restricted to yoga but she also teaches labor breathing etc. and is always available on WhatsApp to answer anything. It's a complete package. I feel very active and physically fit with her yoga class everyday and definitely recommend to all pregnant women who are looking for enrollment.

Pre-natal yoga has its own charm and I felt it through Priyankee. Her passion for Yoga is visible in her dedication for imparting the goodness and positivity that Yoga defines. My 5 months journey of pre-natal yoga and meditation with Priyankee has been immensely satisfying. Pregnancy has its ups and downs but each day of my pregnancy made me look forward to my Yoga class thanks to Priyankee’s style of teaching, her way of instructing, driving your mind into meditation and of-course her personal touch for every student. One essential element of her teaching is the understanding of how important is mental well being along with physical health so she balances her teaching in such a way to coach relevance of each for overall practice. As a first pregnancy like all mothers I had my doubts and confusions but other than the doctor if someone who made my concerns disappear it was Priyankee and her experience. There are theory classes as well to ensure application of mind wherever possible 😊 You can take it from me that one hour of pre natal yoga with Priyankee will surely make your pregnancy days much more fulfilling.
