Honey                                                                                                                        As per Ayurveda, Honey has enormous benefits, it improves intelligence, balances Tri Dosha (Vat, Pitt, Kapha), gives a good glow to skin and enhances complexion. Consume 1 – 2 teaspoons of honey every day! 


You can take honey in Pancha Amrit or in Milk. Consume pure honey as these days it is commonly adulterated with jaggery or sugar. 

Don’t heat it, if you’re adding it in the milk then milk should be at room temperature or lukewarm
