Miscarriage and bleeding during Pregnancy

During the first trimester, the embryo is an unstable and delicate condition. Any harm or damage at this point could lead to a miscarriage. Any bleeding that occurs during the time could be very harmful for the embryo. It has not yet been formally formed and could easily be expelled with the blood. 

Once start, it is difficult to bring under control.

What are the Signs of Miscarriage
1.    Any spotting or mild bleeding, accompanied by the sticky discharge.
2.    Back and Lower abdominal pain. After the 5th or 6th month. This pain feels like labor pain.
3.    Feeling weak and general and uneasiness.

What are the Causes of Miscarriage
1.    Intake of inappropriate food.
2.    Insufficient diet or incorrect dietary habits.
3.    Too much of traveling.
4.    Incorrect physical exercise, or over exercising.
5.    Sexual intercourse during the first trimester, or excess sexual activity in the latter part of the pregnancy.
6.    Accident or physical trauma
7.    Excess physical activity. 
8.    Frequent late nights or sleeping during the day. 
9.    Constant suppression of the urge to urinate or defecate. 
10.    Over exposure to the sun or staying in a hot site for a long time period of time.
11.    Habitually sitting in incorrect postures or squatting and exposure to distressing news, noise, or visual stimulation, which can cause mental stress and strain and enter emotions.
12.    Extreme emotions such as anger, jealousy, fear, anxiety, or sadness.
13.    Internal examination, if incorrectly performed, can also cause damage to fetus. It should be avoided as far as possible, unless necessary for diagnostic purposes.
