Feeling fatigued and lower energy levels is common during the 3rd Trimester of pregnancy.
The third trimester, which spans from weeks 28 to 40, is a time of significant physical changes as your baby continues to grow and your body prepares for labor. Increased Weight, Changes in Sleep Patterns, Hormonal Changes, Emotional and Mental Factors, all contribute to tiredness. But do listen to your body and rest, sleep, eat well, keep yourself hydrated, and exercise (Prenatal Yoga or gentle movements)
Sometimes you may like to take a routine Blood test to check Iron levels as well
