T - 1 - Fetal Development

During the 1st trimester of pregnancy, major fetal development occurs. 
The fertilized egg gets implanted into the uterus, forming the embryo. Organs and systems begin to form, and by the end of the first trimester, the embryo is referred to as a fetus. 

Common symptoms for the mother include morning sickness, fatigue, and hormonal changes. 

Medical checkups and screenings are important during this period to monitor the health of both the mother and the developing fetus ❤️❤️
